Thank you for shopping with Fringe. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order. All exchanges are final sale. Unless the item exchange was due to a damage, or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, and hair accessories are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. Fringe reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Fringe to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Fringe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
You can return or exchange your online and in-store purchases at Sean Nicole Salon. Simply bring your merchandise to the salon during operating hours, we will gladly process your return or exchange. Please don't forget your original invoice or receipt!
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item you are returning and we will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print out and tape to your package.
Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping, and a $5 USPS return shipping fee. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.
Oh no, we are so sorry that your item didn’t work out! In order to get your correct item and size as quickly as possible, the first step would be to place another order as we tend to sell out fast! Once your new order is placed, shoot us an email to email@example.com with the new order number and we'll be happy to refund the shipping charges for the new order and send the prepaid return label for the original item(s). We will process a refund when we receive the original item(s) back, with no fee taken out for the shipping back of the original item(s.)
